Is there a tubing thickness requirement for the cage in the 1450 class?

I have a ranger that I was thinking of running down the road.

not like score
the truck i navigate in is mostly built out of 1.5" .120 mild steel
from experiance i would recomend not using anything less than American made 1.75" .120 DOM on a new construction race truck.
mild steel will fatigue after a few races and crack/shear tubes

pretty sure SCORE is weight dependent, from 3000-4500 lbs(not positive) must be at least 1.75"x.120" DOM or 1.5"x.120" Chromo.

depending on what kind of vehicle I'd use 1 3/4in .120 wall DOm or the main structure and 1.5x.120 wall for the supports. if it's a fullsize I'd go 2"x.120 wall and 1.75 for supports. All depends on what your building, but 1.75 would be the min I'd use if I were build a race truck. play trucks 1.5in is fine for mini's

looks good, what are you doing for suspension. Hopefully not keeping the 5.5kit if your planning on racing. Looks to be a good start tho.
