Ok so i dont know if welding is hardcore anymore or not, but anyway if anyone has had any experience welding this sucker on let me know. Pics would be great but i will settle for knowledge. If i line the top of the bumper up flush the bottom has a huge gap and hangs low low on the frame. What did you do to work with this gap. Weld scrap on the bottom to act as a joint, or what. Any pics and answers would be much appreciated. Also anyone that has welded on their front bumper/stinger pics would be great too just want to make sure i am going in the right direction. Thanks for the help.

It fit flush on all sides of my frame. Then again, I also got rid of the rear YJ crossmember.
I then welded 3/16" plate on the top and bottom in addition to the side plates.
What do you want to see pics of?
When welding on, I used some steel and clamps to get it level with the frame.
You doing the back or the front? I did both.

I cut the old crossmember off.
It's flush on all portions of the frame when that's off. I then plated it on the bottom as well.
