Went down to the local tip/dump yesterday to look for a peice of steel for something, while I'm fossicking around in the steel pile I came across 2 complete (freewheeling hub to freewheeling hub) toyota mini truck/hilux front diffs. Asked the guy on duty if he'd lift them out for me with the loader, which he did, asked how much he wanted for them.... $0.00 ea, coming to the total of $0.
There's the front disc brakes for my next 2 Cruisers. :D
