Please, don't go attacking me all at once.:(
I need to know how to take it out? The bushing and sleeve is the aftermarket Energy Suspension bushing and sleeve. I do not want to damage it since I am going to use it again. Is there a tool or a good method? Thanks for your reply.

I am not sure If I understand you completely but here it goes...
Take a socket of the apropriate size and grease it up so It will slide throught the bushing. Put an extension in the socket and smack that sucker, pushing the sleeve out the other side. Hey are you the guy that had all the trouble putting those things in? Maybe you shouldn't be taking them back off if you found it so difficult to install the first time. (or are you still installing them?)
:flipoff2:
By the way, do you like them?

Are you trying to take the sleeve? Bushing? Or both? To take out sleeve, do as above. What I have done for the bushings is take a blunt chisel or punch and go inside the bushing (where the sleeve used to be) and punch it out with a hammer by rotating all around till it pops out. Maybe not the best way to do it but it worked for me.
Edit.... Oh BTW one of the main reasons I use rubber now....and it flexes better:D

Thanks all for the advice.
Someone wrote that if you have a lift, your steering would not be the same as it was like stock. The person said if you switch to poly bushings, you will get better handling. I noticed if you tighten your bolts up shackles and frame mount bolts where the poly bushings are, there is some improvement in the handling. Energy Suspension has a website talking about better handling and how hard their poly bushings are. Stock rubber bushings are like soft. My mechanic who usually works on my vehicle said it is just hype about poly bushings. I do not know who to believe thou.

When I 1st went SPOA, I went to poly.. I don't think I noticed much. I think the only good thing about poly is how long they last.
