Nope, that is our fab/engineering/production facility that is accross the street from out main office and warehouse. Our trailer was over by Xtreme this weekend though cause we were getting some dune riding in.

The tube that the window surrounds attach to are in the factory location so you just have to drill them. There is also the soft top bow mounts on the B-pillar. We could do seat tie ins but haven't got that far yet.

I have built 7 different roll cages for road race cars, and unfortunately used two of them for their intended purpose (at over 80mph - Summit Pt., WV). Your cages look like one of the best I have seen in a kit form. However, additional diagonal bracing at the B-post behind the front seats would greatly increase the strength of the cage and allow it to deal much better with side rolls. Of course that will interfere with the front seats for recline, but there could be a removable diagonal brace for those that want it. That particular member will only experience tensile or compressive (axial) force in a roll, not bending (radial) forces. As such, a properly fitted removable bar with adequate brackets would be just as efficient as a welded diagonal.

Keep up the nice work, and post an update when you have an LJ cage ready to ship!

I haul them in my Ranger longbed pick up all the time, they should fit in a midsize pick up no problem.

We normally charge $2000 welded, powder coated and installed.

I dont know for sure but it probably will. The tube that goes from the windshield frame to the B-pillar is in the stock location as well as the tube that goes from the B-pillar back.

The earlier model TJ's had the separate sound pods that are a bit different than later versions. Not totally sure what year the change occurred but the earlier ones will work but the later model will not.

The frame tie in kit is $150.00 because thats what it takes to make it. If you think you can make it for less be my guest; same goes for the cage kit. Freight on the kits usually run about 100 bucks give or take a little. Call us if you have anymore questions.

I dont know for sure what the thickness is, I think it is around .120 wall
