Any real world swappers out there for the 60/62?

Stock springs are way too short, would love to go to something longer and flexier for the fronts while I do the shackle reversal. Rears will be easy, too.

But what has been used/tried and proven? Trying to keep it low budget and staying away from custom alcans.

If you want flex, go SOA. If you are not willing to put up the $$$ for Alcans you better start to walk around your local yard with a tape measure in hand.
