My Yj has Dana 30 front and Dana 44 rear with drum brakes .
I want to install disk brakes on the Dana 44 but the problem is that the disk iteslf ( with 4.5 x 5 bolt pattern ) from the Dana 30 is too thick and there for i can't install the brackets for the caliper .
Please advise

Ido,
I'm not sure what exactly the issue is with the D30 front end and the brackets. I'm also unsure of the availability of parts in Israel. But with the money you will spend on putting disc brakes on that D30, you can probably go to the local pick'n'pull (if you have those) and get a 44 with disc brakes already on it. You can sell your D30 to make up some of the difference in cost.
In general, I don't think you'll get much help on D30 setups off this board. Most guys are going to tell you what I just did. Don't waste money on the 30.

Hmmmm...I think he wants to put discs on the D44, not the 30...tried the rotor from the D30 and it didn't fit.
If you can get Grand Cherokee disc brakes, they can be easily adapted to your D44 axle.
IronBenderII , i want to put a disc on my rear Dana 44 .
The disc from the Dana 30 is too thick .
So what i'm looking for is thiner disc to put on the Dana 44 with the same bolt pattern (YJ ) .
If you guys can help me locate someplace that sells this ?
Can i see some pic's ?
I don't mind to buy used parts .
I want to buy it from the USA , not from Israel ( we don't have it here ).
