looks good... but i am not a fan of the mounting at all... the stock brackets are about as tough as the stock front bumpers on the runner... infact come up with a better mount and i'll put in my order... hehe

along with the stock mounts (we also have these mounts made from 1/4 in) the bumpers have two diag bars that mount up to the stock crossmember.Very sturdy. I will post a pic.

do you want a reciever or not?

Unless you can put shackle mounts or other places for a strap then yes. Honestly price is the bigger issue.
BTW, would this hold up to a jack? If not that's fine too...
