Here it is, after a long & hard testing summer, its finally there..

Composite beadlocks, it weight about nothing, won't never rust or even have to be painted, never have to polish them, they are built to last.
Build with the same exceptional composite used by snowmobile corporation, that can survive a wreck with an oak at 60 mph, 30's bellow....

Not just the material used is a revolution, but they can be customise to your design, i have few design that are already available but if you have something in mind, just send us your idea & we can do it.....

we are the first one to have Customizable composite beadlocks, I don't know ANYONE else making these. But this is not the only aspect differentiating us from the others.... The shim system. THIS is different, a spacer is used between the inner & the outer plate, centering the tire perfectly & preventing air leak, the spacer is adjustable to the tires. everyone using beadlocks knows an interco have not the same bead thickness than a goodyear or a bf goodrich, why the space between the place is always the same then??... If the space is too small, you'll end up crushing the bead, if its too loose, you'll loose air & may also loose the complete bead.... never a good thing

Composite locks a available in 15, 16, 17 and 20 inches, using either 3/8 or 1/2 zinc grade 8 bolts. (yes 1/2, may be overkill but they say it can also help to give traction on rocks...)

DIY prices(includes the inner plate, needed shim, outer composite plate and hardware:
15''125$ per wheels
16'' 150$ per wheels
17'' 175$ per wheels

Here is 1 available design, can be done in Black, special tone black (marble pattern) or white.

Let see a picture of the beadlock on a wheel. The CAD drawing doesn't tell me anything.

Thanks. Sounds cool.

Yeah, those look pretty sweet, do you have any pictures of the actual beadlocks?

And what is the material exactly, sounds interesting...

cool idea, but, 175.00 per wheel. the steel DIY kits are like 250 per set. Makes these kinda hard to jusify.

Are you waterjetting these? Reason I ask is that I may want a set of customs made.

i realise its not cheap, but i don't use second quality, only the best i can find, shim system & material use is 100$ of the price difference.

i do waterjet them, custom design is not a problem, just tell me what you have in mind of send me your cad or drawing & i'll quote them...
