We'll i've been on here for a while mostly lurk and search. I've got a lot from the forum so thanks guys for all the great tech thats here.

I've been building my 73 scout for about four years now and finally have all everything that I wanted to get done on it since I bought. Not too much but it's hard when your in college. I graduate next month and then i'll finally have a little bit more time to wheel and start a new list of mods and have more money to put in to it. So with out further ado.

73 SII 345 propane, t-19 W dana 20, OBA, Dana 44 fr welded with yukon chromos, 14ff detroit 4:10's 35x14.50 Boggers Front springs are superlift out of an oler dodge from the pnp moved axle forward 7 inches. Rear are Rough Country 4 inch. Front and Rear D and C bumpers and 6 point cage with a few added bars. Warn 9000. Sprayed liner in cab.

how does that welded front work for you so far...? Stock pump and box...no hydro assist?

Looks good...

I sure wish a site like this was around when I first started my Scout days...

Looks like a nice scout. Must not steer to bad, it would be dramatized by a 13.5 or 14 inch steering wheel.

Yeah the steering is a little rough with the welded front, and the steering wheel doesn't help ou too much. As mentioned stock box and pump, new mods include hydro assist and a selectable locker. I can't wait to graduate cause these mods are in the near future:D

Welcome:flipoff2: oh wait that was a pirate welcome.
Cool Scout:smokin:

Too bad nobody makes any skins you could just slap on there to make it look "new" again and give it some protection. I caved mine pass side in like 6". I don't mine the sheet metal looking like a walnut, but I have to keep the neighbors happy too.
