The RTF is the Non-Profit set up to fight for keeping and maintaining the Rubicon Trail. RTF is the source of funds for FOTR projects etc.
In order to become the type of Non-Profit that can compete with the likes of the Sierra Club etc, and attract the corporate donations that have made those other organizations so powerful, the RTF needs to show it has assets.
We need to expedite building the RTF's assets to the point we can affords to do battle via the legal system, rather than continue to be pummeled by the anti-access groups who can afford to file suits etc. Let's even the playing field!!!
Every little bit helps. I have an ongoing fund raiser in the Toy Tech section which gives any person who donates a min of $5 to the RTF an Adobe Acrobat PDF copy of the famous Toy FAQ.
Since this is our Nor Cal jewel of a trail, and is our backyard, and I intend to fight to keep it ours! If any locals can spare a few bucks, here is a link to my fund raiser.
Even if you don't have a Toyota Truck or Runner, donations are much appreciated.
