What is the real difference between Standard and Premium hubs? How much easier will a Standard Hub Let go than a premium hub?

I am slightly worried about blowing axle shafts consistently, would a standard hub make a good "fuse" in order to keep from killing shafts?

I ask because right now I have some superwinch hubs but they are old and ready to go. Warn is also having a sale on all their manual hubs right now.

I'm not sure what model of Jeep you have but as far as my 86 CJ-7 I went with Superwinch hubs after I shatered the stock Warn ones. Warn does not even offer a premimum hub for a 86. If you look at the standard Warn Vs. the premimum there is a world of difference. The standard are weak and will break much easier. If you want a "fuse" buy the premimm hub and get Warns hub fuse :)
