Heres the plan, I have a 2wd E4OD, going to have it built with all the goodies, convert the output shaft to a 4x4 version add the t case adapter and want to know if i can bolt up a 205 with no issues? The plan is 203/205 doubler.

Thanks

I dont know about the 203 but I know a 205 wont work. It will bolt up but try to run a front drive shaft without hiting the tranny. The 205 isent wide enough another wards the front drive dosent have enough off set.

If i were to run a doubler set up with around 7-9" lift would that push the front shaft far enough away from the tranny?

most doubler kits have an adjustable clocking ring to help with this prob.
clocking the doubler will help with your front driveline angle too.

I did not have to clock mine very much, but I am not sure but I think you can go as much as 30 degrees.
