Torch the springs eyes off of another YJ main leaf and use that.

I made full-length add-a-leaf by cutting the eyes off of another set. Still flexs like crazy, and no more spring sag problems. It wheels the same and handles a lot better off raod. I am running six leafs on all fours. Considering adding a seventh leaf to the front's. If I do, I'll use the second shortest leaf from a four-leaf pack.

I'm using "used Why Jay" springs.....got them from Fred Swanson....he ran them for years...and never bent them.....I've had them on my Zuk for 2 years.....(and yes I do wheel...just don't have a fancy digital camera) and haven't bent them or had too much axle wrap to cause damage...

ok but how much do you run on the street, and also, what are yours? 5 leaf or 4 leaf?...

I am totally into the Why Jay springs I just dont want to have to replace them or a d-shaft .....

Try this:

Get another set of main leafs and torch/cut off the eyes like others have said.

Stick the new extra leaf ON TOP of the old main leaf.

This should control spring wrap without adding much to the spring rate. Not as good as a anti-wrap bar but depending on your style might be good enough.

Right:D :D :D :D ?

I have the most common set-up, of 5 packs in the front and 4 packs in the back....CSC stated you should use Rancho 9000 with them.....if your not hard on your Zuk like GB they will last a long time....LOL

if you want to have Why Jay's and don't want to install a heavy duty driveshaft....or use missing links up front...
email me.. We have another Suspension that uses Why Jay's...
