The bigger the radius the thinner the wall you can bend, you might consider what the thinnest wall tube your going to use in 1.75"...:)

I will tell ya this - our 5.5 die is not tight enough.. hardly make it around a CJ grill real well..

on the other hand I have bent 095 wall with it without a hint of distortion.. I would say you could bend 4.5 rad with 095 and be perfectly fine...

and IMO 095 is the thinest I'd ever emagine needing in somthing that big that is automobile related
