Has anyone put a travel trailer and jeep on a 2 car or equipt trailer? I have seen the slide ins and 5th wheel on the board, but was thinking what if I wanted to haul two trucks, that trailer has no axles, I dont have a fork lift to take the slide in off. I know physically I believe I could winch or drive the TT onto the car trailer, put a lot of straps and chains on it to secure it , any problems you guys can think of? Thanks just tossing up the idea, any ideas thoughts appreciated.

I've thought about this option also. But,my approach is different, so let me throw this out. I have been thinking of putting some rollers under crank up jacks under the TT body mounted near the corners after I remove the trailer axles. Just like levelers only stronger. Kinda like those car shop dollys you buy to move cars around in the shop.
I'm just finishing up a 30 footer flat bed trailer, so I'll have room for a 14 tt and my Rodeo. This way I can crank the TT body up off the trailer bed and roll it off into the shop for storage and winch it up when I want to take it. By being able to lower the TT frame onto the Big Trailer I can build in some pins to secure the TT on the Trailer floor.
Another possibility this makes is being able to put some extra fluid storage tanks under the Big Trailer frame for those extended dry camping areas.
If I keep the spring perches under the TT, I can retain the option of putting the TT axles back under the TT and using it solo if I wish.
My biggest obstacle is getting the wife to give up the Motorhome and going with some smaller living quarters.

You guys need to research how ice houses work. Might be a very good option. Basically uses a trailer winch to roll the axle on it's axisso the wheels go back and the trailer drops down.

I saw a few of these in/around Warroad, Minnesota last winter when we snowmobiled down there for an overnight. I was really curious about how they worked and what they looked like inside but never got that close to any. Have any links to any manufacturers?

The picture is pretty much what I was thinking. If i went bumper pull, I could weld a ball over the nose of the trailer, and connect the trailer to it for front support and more clearance(less trailer on deck). Just thinking at this point.
Is the picture yours? How did you attach? Did you cut of the front of the TT or just slide it between the gooseneck supports? Do you like it, hows it tow? Thanks

Yeah, it is mine. It was a royal pain in the ass to load/ winch on to the trailer. I put a ball between the uprights for the gooseneck. It towed fine but was really tall. I would not want to pull something this long with a bumper pull trailer.
I sold my 2500 and bought a 1 ton that I plan on flatbedding and putting my trail rig on the flatbed and pulling my camper.
.The whole thing was over 20k lbs truck trailer loaded.
