got a frond 60 out of a 87 gm and its got duallty hubs... im converting it to srw hubs and was wondering if the spindles are the same or do i need to change thme to spindles that came off of a srw front axle?

No there not the same, The spindel is, but not the hubs. I just bought a dana 60 from an 81 dually, and I did a search right here on Pirate. You will find lots of information on converting the hubs. Some people say they work great, some say they wouldn't trust them for any thing but a trail only rig. I ended up buying new hubs, part number 15635530. This included the hub, with disc and studs for $119 each, total out the door was $318.62 for the pair this included tax, handling and shipping http://www.gmpartsdirect.com . Best price I found. Now all I have to do is get them mounted.

No shit...DUH!.....you need the change the hubs...I was referring to the rest as in the spindles in. He already said he was converting to SRW hubs from DRW hubs.
