I know, WRONG FORUM! But I thought I'd go directly to the source of all that is Scout :)
I'm looking for a SII Front D44 that is cut and turned. If you have one you want to part with- check out this post :)

set the pinion and ears where you want them tack them in place and I will take the housing to mikes house to finish it up with his monster mig.

Grinder ,Sledge hammer, an angle meter and the monster mig.
Let me know when you want to do it. I can bring grinder and a nice little 5 lb. sledge thats throws it's head every 5 hits.
I also have the little angle finder thing.
I've never done this before but the way I see it.
It's only metal and we have Josh's front end to use as a template.
I'm going to have to cut and rotate my D44 some day too.

Congratulations Mark. It really isn't that difficult. (You must have been lurking on another board, hearing everyone cry about how hard it is.)

Mark,
Have you checked out Snoopy's site? You know how little I know and I pretty much followed a combination of the "extreme buildups" at www.dandcextreme.com and the FAQ's at the binder bulletin.
When are you getting started? Should take just a couple or few hours.
