Looking for a FJ60 bumper that is winch capable, I've seen the ARB and am wondering if there are any other manufactures making them?

ARB & Safari Guard are the bigger names. Go over to ih8mud.com, there are more custom fab shops catering to Cruisers there

Try MAF. They have a nice winch bumper for 60s that is very stout. It's pricey, but looks like a nice one.
