I just finished making the suspension. Now I need to plate it, gear it, driveshafts, brake, etc.
Its full width rc60 with heim jointed radius arms and 14bolt ff with shackle flip and bII springs.

I plan to cut the front up higher just a little and down though the front grill.
The are 39.5x15's
I also will add four inchs of lift to the back and maybe some 4.5in. springs to replace the saged 3.5 wh coils

I like it! One question. I'd like to move my front end forward and the rear end back but don't want to dick around with the inner fender wells (mostly concerned with the rear). What's your plan? And how about a few suspension pics!

I am going to cut out the front portions of the front wheel wells an trimlike here (http://photos.yahoo.com/bc/scottsbent70/vwp?.dir=/scotts+bronco&.src=ph&.dnm=fender+cut+2.jpg&.view=t&.done=http%3a//photos.yahoo.com/bc/scottsbent70/lst%3f%26.dir=/scotts%2bbronco%26.src=ph%26.view=t)

Good job on the arms. Is that pipe or tube? If so, what kind? Also, did you make a provision for a wristed arm on the other side? If not, have you seen what Lee Novikoff did with his? Very similar setup to yours, but for the upper tube on the passenger side he put a locking hydro ram. So he can lock it on the road and unlock it for the trail. Very cool setup.
Again, nice job. I don't know if I want to go through the amount of work to move the suspension like that for just 5". I think if I do it I will want to move the back back 4 and the front forward 4.

Do you have any pics of the grill after you cut it like in this pic? http://us.f1.yahoofs.com/users/cbb84597/bc/scotts+bronco/fender+cut+2.jpg?bc4bs28AsxXieUWY
Looks good!

I got that idea from lee and was planning on using the hydro ram, but didn't have the budget for it at the time even though it only costs $300. I can but one in down the road. For now I'll just pull the top link on the pass. side.
the pic of the cut fender was made in ms paint, although I am cutting as soon as I finish typing.
