I'm thinkin about moving the parts washer ouside either in my shed or next to it at least till I get some garage space cleared out...I'm using the water based cleaning solution (I guess that's what it's called, it's not the petroleom based kind). Will that stuff freeze? I'm mainly worried about it freezeing in the pump and messing it up. Thanks

I'm not 100% but I'm guessing if it is water based, yes.

Depends on what detergent you're using. Also, how cold does it get where you are? The amount of freezing point depression is dependent upon the concentration and composition of your detergent.

if its aqueous, it will work better heated, rig up a heater and don't worry about it!.

last couple of nights it's been getting down in the low 20s...I'll probably just put it out there without the pump...if it freezes I'll just take the pump out when I'm not using it, thanks guys

Even if it doesn't freeze, you're not gonna be able to use it for very long when it's that cold, you're hands are gonna FREEZE, even with solvent gloves on.
