Sorry, I'm on my second set of Simex ETs but there are guys who seem well chuffed with the Silverstones (esp in the smaller 235/85R16 size). Typically they seem to come out slightly oversize with stiffer sidewalls than the Simex's.

Ask the guys on LR4x4.com (http://www.lr4x4.com) for first hand info.

Someone on the outerlimits board in OZ fitted a set to his rangie. He reported that they were absolutely hopeless on rock, pretty good in mud, and noisy with poor handling on road.

Here in Portugal there's a lot of people running that tyre.
its cheaper than Simex but tyre sizes are smaller.
very good on mud
