I have searched, but i did not find anything on this product.

I want some first hand experence with behr 1 part epoxy floor coating.

I am thinking that there is a reason that it is so cheap....

I used the valspar two part epoxy, and have had great luck with it. It's been on my floor about 4 years now. I did clean the floor really well though. I spent 11 hours pressure washing it, used 6 gallons of purple power, 2-3 boxes of TSP, and acid etched it.

I used the valspar two part epoxy, and have had great luck with it.That is not even in the same ballpark as the 1-part stuff. It cost about 3 times as much and for good reason. I've used the 1 part stuff before and it didn't hold up well at all. I don't remember the brand, but it came from HD, so it was probably Behr.
I'll be doing my own soon and will go with the 2-part stuff for sure.

The behr stuf sucks ass. Do not waste your time or money on it. It discolors from tires VERY easily.

One part epoxy is an oxymoron. If this is something that you want to last, i.e. not lift from tires or have any resistance to abrasion you must use a two part. One of the best epoxies that I know of is Sherwin Williams m1000, It is not available everywhere and they will try to sell you m700, not so good.As you know 99% of successful painting is prep.

Search some of Old Scouts posts, he has mucho information on epoxy.

Right, true Epoxy by defenition is 2 parts.

I used tile clad by Sherwin williams. True 2 part epoxy made for industrial use. About $300 for my 24 x 36 garage. Going on 4 years for this garage (2nd house I have used this stuff), and just about new looking still. Proper prep is the key (clean, dry, etched).

It has held up to hot tires, engine swap, salt, dirt, sand, water, oil, tranny fluid, gasoline, brake kleen, and so on...
