Just what we need, for people to not be able to hear anything at all when shit's going awry.

There's a reason they don't allow radios on jobsites. That same reason is why stuff like this should not be allowed either.

So ummm I have a question for you. Whats going to go awry in my one man furniture shop when I'm running a planer I'm looking at that I need to hear? Oh and many of the jobsites I've worked on have had tejano blasting. So much for no radios on the jobsite.

I haven't either. If the price was nearer to $20-$30, I would buy'em.

Currently, I just use those smallish ear bud type headphones and my gun muffs.

As far as jobsites go, I don't think listening to Whistle while you Twerk lends to increased performance and concentration on safety...but for the weekender who's mitering, routing, or grinding all the live-long day...it just might allow him or her to hear well into old age.

No kidding! Back in my early days, I couldn't tell you how great a feeling it was to hear Wearwolves of London blarring on the radio to displace all the frustation of a day gone to heck.
