Ok what i did for the push rod was to add 1/4 " length piece of solid stock into the shaft hole to take up the space. ......Shaft hole? :)

Anyway it works and you dont have to lengthen the rod, at least on my 73 i didnt. the 1/4" spacer made up for the space .

I had to get a bigger retaining washer for the rod. The stock cj one was a smaller dia and it would slip past the locking ring.

it travels the same distance as my stock one and it was simple fix.

Now, Do i need to keep the stock porportioing valve even though i have a woldwood adjustable?

Can i leave it there anyway? I dont feel up to buying new lines.

thanks

Ditch the valve. I run the willwood setup and it takes only a little adjustment to get them to stop proportionatly.

just get a union for the front, and the adj prop valve in place of the stock one for the rear.

Yeah your right, its probably better to pitch it and just run the adjustable on the rear. I ought to be able to mount this thing in the cab right?

Or is it safe to leave it exposed to the elememts?

Thanks
