O.K.... i've built my twin stick, now how do I get the interlock pin out so I can get a front 2wd gear ?

on the scout 20`s I drill and tap the plug ,,, then shake the interlock out..

there are two plugs which one do ya drill? hey dave that link didn't come up also.
