It is missing the reluctor ring, hardware, and the oil seal that replaces the stock input seal on the d300. It is drilled to run a D300 upside down for driver's drop, or standard passenger drop.

here's pics of the drilled side, there are 3 bolt patterns, two for a right side up D300, and one that I drilled for a flipped d300. as you can see the one i drilled isn't as perfect as the ones from Novak, but it worked flawlessly for 2 years, and doesn't affect the other 2.
