does anyone know if or were to find a cutting tool for the mill or the lathe to cut countersink washers like this http://www.camburg.com/images/fabricationParts/Fenderwasherkit.jpg

If i can't find one I will just make one.

Mcmaster Carr sells beveled finish washers...steel though and $3 ea...but cheaper than Camburg $6 ea ($60 for 10) but that includes hardware. If you have a lot of time on your hands I guess you could machine each one, but unless you have a cnc lathe....good luch with that, I hope you only need a few of them.
