Howdy ford enthusiasts! I just sold my toyota for a 75 bronco and need some help. The truck is an excellent runner (80k pampered miles) but needs some rust work. The tailgate is trash and the quarters need minor attention. I'll deal with the quarters BUT NEED HELP WITH A TAILGATE! I've always loved the EB's but am coming to find that FJ's and the rest of the toyota family out do the EB's in parts availability. I hope I'm wrong. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Check out Jeff's Bronco Graveyard. There are a lot of other places as well that you can get them. Go to http://www.classicbroncos.com. There will be banners there that will tell you where to go.
And welcome to the darkside!!!

If the tailgate's rusty isn't that bad, you may try patching it.
One of mine had rust along the bottom only, so I had a patch piece made in a brake by a buddy at work.

Thanks for the advice but it's shot. The rot is too extensive. When I open the tailgate it snows rust all over the ground. I think I found one though.

Jus' take it off and trow it away , or make one from 1" square tube and expanded metal . Good luck man . :flipoff2:

Welcome to the brotherhood :D I think you'll find that parts are not so hard to find and are quite a bit cheaper than parts for FJ's. At least that was true several years ago when I was shopping FJ's. EB's have risen in popularity and prices have gone up accordingly.
I would try wildhorses4x4.com and broncograveyard.com:D
They have a ton of parts for everything. There are many other sites as well.
good luck:D
