It's probably my own fault for calling 4wheel parts anyway, but my spider gear welds just cracked...so i figure to go to a lockrite in my front 44, so i called them up and asked them how much for one and then for the the installation...he said $241 for the lockrite and $250 for the install (kinda high for me), then i called up 5 min later saying i already have a brand new lockrite and instal kit, how much for yall to install it...(different guy)he said hold on let me talk to my manager, he came back saying $455 for just the fawkin install. I told him your crazy, 5 min ago you said $250. Am i missing something here???

do it yourself, its easy.

Yeah i know, never done it though...guess ill have to try it. im definately not paying that much money and if i was i wouldn't pay 4wp to do it....just thought i would let yall know about another 4wp story

you may need a new case, if you welded the spider gears to the case. but the lock rite install is simple, you can handle it. just read the instructions. mike
