Is anyone running this pan or even had a look? It's really expensive but I think it would help the oil starvation problems when the truck is at angles.

Thats why I was hoping someone had one, they might not show a profile view because it is a modified stock pan. Does that pickup look similar to the T100 2wd pickup? or is it a custom piece.

Mine has 4 trap doors and 4 baffles as well as a full length windage tray.

It came with a custom pickup.

I'll post pics later. Unfortuantely I wasn't specific enough with the measurements and it was interefering with the drivelines at full stuff (it's low profile with wings off of both sides) I had Dan Bell fix it up and it's ready to install.

For me it was WELL worth the 350 I paid. Excellent workmanship.

Hopefully I won't be going through motors again this season.

Yep, just got delivery on Friday.

Completley custom but they kept all the designs, so it's repeatable.

It was only close to my driveshaft because at full compression, the pinion flange is above the pan ;)

The pan is only ~4" deep, but it has wings that stick out on both sides ~3". The pan is with the buggy over at a buddies shop, when I get a chance I'll post pics.

i've driven my taco sideways and i haven't had any problems with oil! the t100 does just fine. IMO.

my t-100 oild oan works like a charm and holds more oil :)

I didn't like how LC's looked, little hack if you ask me so I also just put the T-100 pan on. Did any of you plug the original dipstick hole on the front for the tacoma pan.

I just left the stock dipstick in it and don't worry about it. I got a 3rz so I didn't have to worry about shit like it running through 5.7qts (T-100 capacity) between oil changes. When its full it reads around a 1/4" above the low level on the stock dipstick.
Needs to be checked after its been sitting for a while though since it slides down the side of the pan a little and would pick up enough oil to look 1/2 qt low just off the sides of the pan if it had been sloshing around.

I am going to plug the tacoma dipstick hole and run the T100 dipstick only.

IU have a 3RZ in my rock buggy and I la yit over often, drive it around on its side, have flopped in quite a few times and I have never had the motor starve for oil.

I did drop off a big ass ledge on Britney Spears in Moab and bashed it up into the pickup that in-turn pushed up into the engine.

I pulled it off and hammered it back and it is good to go.

Can't see the starvation thing being an issue.
