I have got a 1976 FJ55 2F engine. I have a crack in the exhaust manifold, at least I think it is the exhaust manifold. It looks like the previous owner tried to weld it up, but it cracked again.

How can I fix this? Will getting a header solve my problems? and how does it it install with the intake right there?

you eitehr need a new manifold or get a header. and teh intake and the new exhaust share teh same gasket so you tak eboth off and reinstall at teh same time, its a days job! jiMMy

If you get the header, test fit, test fit, test fit. The tabs are going to require some grinding to get them to seat correctly. :D
