I was wondering if there were any good write-ups on installing a body lift on a ford ranger b/c my g/f's dad said he would pay me to install it on his son's truck. I installed the 2" body lift on my toyota in about 4 hours but that was simple since all the bolts were easily accessible and i didn't have to worry about steering shaft extensions and what not. Is there anything I should be warned about?

You should be warned that body lifts are pretty hack... IM[non]HO

he doesn't want a suspension lift b/c he doesn't want to change the handling characteristics of the vehicle and plus the kid isnt even going to go wheeling w/ it so it doesn't matter. he just wants a bigger tire to look cool lol. he's in high school, come on.
