Jeeplvr on the ORC SWB board posted this link to the pics he took of Jeff's roll ....

"After waiting for hours to run, Jeff rolled on his first obsticle and unfortunatly was done for the day. I have to say that Jeff is one crazy SOB!!!
Jeff's rollover today was one of many on the now infamous 'V rock."

WHAT??? One roll put him out for the day??? Hope he didn't get hurt. Damn, I predicted he would be in the top 10 too. I did warn him that he would have at least one rollover though. I didn't think it would be so quick. And so 'final'. Sorry Jeff... :(

It doesn't look like it was that bad of a roll. So how did it take him out for the day?

That boy is just going to HAVE to modify his driving style....

I aint gonna tell him though....look at the pipes on that guy

Guess he must do more than just web-wheel all day like I thought :flipoff2: (looks down at pathetic pale sticks poking out of own T-shirt, that are used for holding coffee cup and mouse)

H8 - way to fully getit as usual :rasta:

Everyone that I saw roll over were done after that. H8 didn't do anything today either. We will have to hear from him if he got to compete at all after the flop.

Jeff flopped on that run but i saw him on other courses during the rest of the day saturday

Well then I must be entirely wrong.
I saw his jeep in the parking lot up until I left Saturday at 6pm. I left today at 3pm and it was still setting near the hotdog stand. Everyone else had been out on the course for hours.
Does anyone know Jeff's his last name?

Nevermind I found it it's Jeff Huelsman. It looks like he got #24 on the modified list, which means he didn't make the finals.

Hahaha, those are some great photos.
The rollover didnt do any damage, but I pointed out with 40 points on that course.
I just added power steering fluid and we were back competing without even missing our spot in the line up.
The Jeep ran awsome.
I made way too many small but costly mistakes, to make the finals against this group of drivers.
Dan Bogus and I teamed up very well.
We will be back stronger next event.

You got to get out of this cycle of rolling your jeep and having to repair it! your not getting enough time behind the wheel to practice because your constantly fixing it! Keep that damn thing on all fours next time and maybe you'll make it to the finals. :p nice skid plate too;)

Well, as Jeff mentioned, he did finish the entire day...we think that Jeff and I have bad Karma together...He always rolls or breaks on my courses....this time was very strange. I don't know why it rolled where it did, it was relatively flat going into the next obstical and it very suddenly flopped. I think that everyone around was suprised.
After thinking about it for a while, I have decided that his Jeep was in a state of depression from being painted to look like Mustard and Ketchup and it tried to throw itself off of a cliff (well, it may not have been a cliff, but it was at least down the hill:p )

Hey Jeff:flipoff2:

You put on a hell of a show on the first notch. As soon as you approached the second notch we moved the crowd back, more so to avoid flying parts:skull:, but you never made it that far. Just kinda of flopped on your side. I am sold on the CTM's.

That's kind of a nasty looking place to test the injection. It looks like it could have been a LOOOOOONG way down to the bottom. And rollcages never sound good sliding on rock for that long.

Thanks for the photos, and the compliments.
That 1st notch just gave me a hard time.
I very nearly looped my rig over backwards on one attempt, but i was able to find reverse just in time to save the rollover.
I finaly yelled to Dan, my spotter, "how about I try musceling it up the right side(which no one had tried yet), He said go for it, so I dropped it into 3rd gear and lit the fuse. The right side line slammed the driverside hard into the rocks at the bottom of the hill, but When the noise and the sparks had stopped, I was at the top. Then I looked at my timer and saw we only had 5 minutes left on the clock, and rushed myself. I went forward without really looking, and dropped into a hole and rolled it. It happened so fast, it surprised the shit outa me, and there was nothing I could do but ride it out. No excuses, it was a bonehead drivers mistake.
Im glad everyone had a great time, I met a lot of people from the board. If I seemd a bit aggitated, you can blame it on the 3 hr addrenalin withdrawl I was going through, waiting at the bottom of the hill.

H8, you definately got it. When you hammered it on my course (#4) I was about 5 feet from you and was terrified that the shrapnel would kill me when something let go. But the worst damage was about an 1/8th inch of tread off your tires:D
When it was over and I asked what kind of axles you had, I couldn't believe it when you said front 44:eek: That held up to a severe beating. I was hoping to see you run again Sunday, but I guess we have to wait til next time.
