Well i just bought an 83 toy 4x4 about a week ago and now things are going downhill real quick. I dont know much about these engines or tranny's etc. I dont have a factory service manual yet so i'm kinda screwed. Basically i'm looking for somebody in fresno that can help a poor college student without a garage and knows about toyotas. If you think you can help or are willing to help please email me.

Oh and if you want to know the symptoms the tranny started grinding(pos l series). Started idling really funny today. vibrates rather interstingly. Starts intermittantly due to some damn alarm from the 80's screwing up and i have no clue about the wiring so i can't track it down.
