I was just wondering if the zuk t case will hold up when im running my larger diffs. Will the case break now that the birfields will be gone? Before i would break an axle or a drive shaft u joint im wondering now that those weak spots are gone will the t case hold. Oh yeah sorry about the dumb ass posts i posted before.

The case seems to be strong enough. The mounting arms need help and the bushing are the weak point. You need to beef the mounts or get something like the Forrest or Mighty Kong bucket.

We've been running the Zuk tcase for years with custom D44's and 35" tires.

I had torn the side out of a couple thru the years, but the wraparound tcase mount we have eliminated that. If you do bust one open, it usually a pretty easy fix to repair the cracked housing (though not an easy trail repair as few carry section halves with them on the trail).
