15-7008 15 - 7009?
Looks like 1 ton front brakes from say a 78 era ford..........

Not likely, the later '70s used large two piston sliding calipers and the ones pictured are 4 piston fixed calipers. They look simular to the larger Kelsey-Hayes units found on T-birds starting in '64 and Galaxies in '65.

How available are the Ford parts your speaking off? I say this cause this is part of a kit that you can buy (for $$$$$$) so I suspect they would be using parts that are still readly available.
What about the rotor? This vehicle had drum brakes originally.

Toy's came with 4 piston calipers as well. However I think they are a little smaller then the ones you show in the pics.
I would think that if you are making your own kit, you can use what ever caliper/rotor you want. Since I'm guessing that you will also be changing your lug pattern.
