how reliable is the 3.2 liter engine that are in the rodeo's and amigos 98+. I remember hearing alot of people complaining about rodnock or some horrible problems with it. Any input is helpful

You are probably thinking of the pre-98 3.2L SOHC which has hydraulic lifter tick issues...but it isn't a serious problem anyway, just annoying.

very annoying but Ive got 315,000 miles on my orig 3.2 in my 97 trooper so i cant complain.

but back to the Rodeo I have just shy of 200,000 in my 2000 rodeo and have had no problems (ex fuel sending unit-lol)
