Alright, I think I have everything I need for my SOA set up (92 YJ) but I want to get opinions from everyone on here.
Parts list is as follows:
BTF Front and Rear Spring Perches
BTF Shock Towers
Stock YJ Springs
Front Sway Bar Mounts
RE 4" Drop Pitman

I'm going to be running a Comp Cut in the rear and tube fenders up front. Want to clear 37" tires and I think I should be able to. I'm going to have to fab up some steering though.
I plan to move my rear axle back 4" (move the frame mounts back), which should give me a wheel base of 98". Will I have to do anything with the stock gas tank or will I be fine?

Gimmie any input you can.

Stock YJ springs will sag alot. I would go wagonieer springs front and XJ in the rear sience you are going to move the rear axle back anyways. These will put your wheel base around 103"-107" much better for the tires you plan on running. You will have to move the fuel tank or get a fuel cell. If you don't the diff "will" hit the fuel tank. I you dont want to move the fuel tank run waggy springs front and rear and you will gain 4" wheelbase. Putting you at 97.5"wheelbase. With a set of offset spring perches and a shackle reversal you can get your wheelbase around 100".

you will also need:
shocks
brakelines
SYE
CV Driveshaft rear and new longer front driveshaft
antiwrap bar needed with SOA
Track bar extension or new one

My target wheel base is 98-99" I don't want or need anymore lenght then that.
As for the Wagoneer springs, don't they lift you quite a bit?
I was thinking about some Alcon springs with 1" lift.

I know I need the shocks, brake lines, SYE, driveshafts, etc. I just didn't bother to add it since those are a given.
As for the Track bar, I was going to run without one.

Here is a picture of my YJ with wagonieer springs compared to a 99 TJ with a 6" Full Traction. Both rigs are on 35's. I plan to comp cut mine and add 37's when my 35's wear out.

How good do the Waggy springs flex?
Where did you get them from?

I have had no problems with them not flexing enough.

I went to a local junkyard to pick mine up. Make sure if you pick up a set at the junkyard that they are a 7 leaf pack off the front and in good shape. Pick-n-Pull has them all the time and if you can get them on a 1/2 off day you can walk away with a set of four for $60. Regular price is $30 per spring.

Your other option is picking up a new set from JCwhitney for $149.99 each.

Polished turdy and an 8.8.

Do you use all front Waggy springs or front and rear waggy springs.

I didn't ask for suggestion on my set up in that post.

i think you should use rear at all 4 corners.

Doing more research.
I hear the Waggy springs will move my front axle forward. Will this affect my steering at all?

Make sure the caster is set correctly when you weld on the front perches. Measure it when all equipment is on the vehicle and the springs are loaded. larger tires require less caster. Your front pinion angle will suffer but the only solution is to unweld and rotate the C's.

Waggys can move your axle out 2". If your running a D30 in front and do a high steer setup similar to the teraflex system you will not have any problems with steering with the waggys. My waggys flex like crazy - I'm running fronts all around. They started out way to tall but have settled down, and they will even more with a few more trips on them.

I'm thinking about a D44 now, we'll see.
