I have PM'd a few vendors and googled away and had no luck coming up with a cheap 16x8 wheel with 5" of BS.

Anything?

THANKS!

Standard backspacing on the cheap steel 16x8's is 4 1/4" or 4.25". Is the 3/4" really gonna matter? The blingy aftermarket 16x8's usually have 4 5/8" or4.625" backspacing.

Try Rocky Road Outfitters at http://www.rocky-road.com/wheels.html
They run about $85 a piece for 16x8.

I'm trying to shave 2" off my width so my turck will fit on an 84" wide trailer --- so 3/4" x 2 = 1.5" might actually do it...

If you haven't bought tires yet get 17" H2 takeoffs for 200$ and then buy matching tires. They have lots of backspacing.

I have a set of 5 - 16x7 aluminum wheels, 5 on 5.5, with 255/85R-16 Dunlop M/T's I am going to sell. Tires measure out to 34" tall, and like a 10.50 width. I think the wheels are a 4.75 back space. I custom ordered them for an early bronco with uncut fenders. I wanted a big tire, but needed it to tuck under the rear fenders. I have now cut the fenders on my on-going project and am going to run 37" tires. 4 of the tires have a mile or so on them from runs around the block during tuning, and the 5th has never been run. Basically, all 5 are new. $900 if interested. Thx.
