I need some help, I am doing an axle swap on a friends truck for him. He wants to keep the NP231 T-case though. I have talked him into the S.Y.E., with all my research all I have found is kits for the Jeep. I am not familar with the 231, so is there a kit availabe or will the one for a Jeep work.

Thanks

Matt

I got my SYE from a shop while I was ordering my rear driveshaft. All I had them do was make a flange for the tailshaft of the t-case. Then I drilled and tapped the tailshaft and used a bolt to keep the flange held on. I also used a flange for the actual driveshaft and bolted them together and I had myself an SYE on my 231.

I'll try to remember the name of the shop and i'll post it.
