: Looking for 17" Rims 5x6,5" and extreme 17" tyres

I know there are BFG Crawlers and SS Boggers at 37" (does someone has the exact height of these?). something else (maybe bigger?) available?

1. rims: Walker Evan (www.walkerevansracing.com) has 17" aluminums for Rovers with beadlocks, for steel, I dunno
2. For 37" tires on 17" rims, it seriously depends on what you need the tires for...but almost all the major tire companies can provide you with a 37" on 17" rims...(Goodyear, BFG, Interco, Procomp, Maxxis, etc...)

Also, I think MRT has 17" beadlocks in the rover pattern. Another option I'm considering it just sourcing my own 17" rims and welding on the beadlock that way I get the rim I want.
As for tires, lots are made for 17" rims nowadays. That question is better researched in the Gen 4x4 section. A word of advice, don't ask that question out there, just search using google or whatever.

This means you wont have to spend big bucks buying obscure LR pattern wheels and can buy wheels that are more common. Although you also run the risk of being ridiculed by Rover Purists.

1. Rover wheels are NOT expensive if YOU DO YOUR RESEARCH WELL...you can easily get a 40-50$ steel rim for a Rover and buy a >200$ beadlock kit and that's just as any other price for any other truck make out there
2. Walker Evans, and other bling bling rims are all the same price, regardless of bolt pattern
3. Have you seen the difference in the 17-19mm Heep wheel nuts vs the Rover 27mm ones? if not, do that before deciding to shift that way...
4. Nothing wrong with spacers as long as you understand that they have pros and cons just like any mod out there...I have a set of 1.25" on my D90 on stock Aluminum rims and I love them, but I won't put them on any wheel bigger than 33-35" as MY BELIEF is that they are not up to more weight/pressure than that.
5. Did you check Stazworks as was previously recommended? Did you see that they don't charge extra $ on Rover bolt pattern (last I checked)? Why don't you go with Hummer 16.5s with new centers?
6. Do you know that 17" TIRES are $$$? so you are willing to save on rims by going for spacers to get other wheels, so paying for spacers AND rims, instead of getting the RIGHT rim? Why not stick to 15"s and then the money you save from the tires you can get the RIGHT rim you may need?
7. Seriously man, we like to help and all, and the Rover section on the PBB is the most helpful (after the Nissan one :shaking: ), but ask right, and get right...ask wrong, then you get this...

I got some of those cheap 15" AR steelies from GCR( I think I paid $28/wheel) and the rings from GLO for $225/set of 4 including shipping.
And only one is leaking now and it's a slow leak.
It's just airing itself down.
