Just a reminder about the Sand Blast this year. All Utah Zuks should plan to attend, out of state are welcome too. It is a great time! Stock vehicles do well in the sand, though the modified guys have even more fun :^) Location is at Little Sahara OHV park located about 30 miles north of Delta, UT on highway 50. Its about a 1.5 hour drive from SLC. Park offers about 80 sq miles of sand dunes up to the 800 ft tall Sand Mountain.

It will be held on June 15-16 this year. Bring your camping gear and an antenna flag. You can't drive on the sand without a flag! Also pack water and firewood as there is no wood to gather at the campground.

The group will hook up and head out from the campground about 11am to mess around in the Jericho section of the park. Monitor CB4 if you're late. We'll be hosting a BBQ after the trail run, probably in the 7pm neighborhood. I'll provide the food, you must BYOB though. We usually do a night run out by Sand Mtn and up again Sunday morning for a run our toward the White Sands area.
