You are probably aware that the current decision in place on winter use in Yellowstone will drastically cut snowmobile use next winter and ban it after that. You have likely commented on the SEIS that would reverse this decision.

The National Park Service is requesting comment on a proposed rule that would postpone the implementation of ANY decision, because the time frame is too short to implement anything from the scheduled release of the SEIS decision - November 15, 2002 - and next winter season.
