After a few tries to get all this sorted out im about to give up on the NP435...Im running the borg and beck clutch and was runni8ng the diaphragm bell and shifter fork..Well got that squared away..So i got the replacement z bar bearings(those little plastic thingys that the dealer makes you bend over at 10 bucks each)..Got the retainer spring that holds the z bar bearings on the tranny side..I made sure that the bar was level and adjusted properly.I am using the frame mounted bearing mount instead of the cab mounted one because i figured that the cab was wobbling around too much..Everything seemed right...

My problem is today my frame side popped out and i lost the bearings...I put them back in since the truck was kinda stuck on a small water fall..Well after working the truck to get up all the way the truck started bouncing and the frame was flexing...I felt the shifter moving so i assume that the tranny and engine mounts were going nuts with the tires loading and unloading..Then the z bar bracket pops out completely..I couldn't find the bearings and winched up the ledge..

Im thinking to swap to hydro but not finding any answers tyo teh proper parts that will work with the borg and beck clutch..Im thinking of trying a factory master and a pull style after market slave that way i can run the stock fork.

My truck is a ramcharger frame about 8" of lift. the tranny and engine are lowered 1 1/2", runs rubber autozone mounts, mild 318 with the ram clutch setup,4.63ish 1st gear NP435 and for now a 203 range box.The clutch pedals and truck cab are 85 vintage, the linkages are of 77 era as the bell housing..I hope ive gave all the needed details so you guys can help me..

If all else fails i will have to reinstall the 727 again but like the control of the standard tranny..Figured id ask here as you guys usually give the most helpful and truthful answers
