I´ve changed the original t case on my Vitara with a friend (here in Brazil), for a Trail Tough's 4.24:1 Rockmonster.
It is really something!
However when I turn the 4x4 HI on, I can hear a rumble, which I think might be normal on LOW, but not on HI ...:shaking:
Is this normal?
Has anyone raised this issue before?

I've had really bad luck with Trail Tough transfer cases. I got 3 bad ones before I decided just to ask for my money back and get one from somewhere else.

I think you should call Brent at Trail Tough and ask him about it, after all it's his product. I realize you're out of country and it may be difficult to contact him, but you could send him an email or something. Too many times it turns into a vendor bash session before they're even given the opportunity to correct the problem - if there is one. I've had great luck with all of the products (including T-cases) that I've ordered through them. They stand behind their products.

I´ll open the Tcase and make sure if isn´t a installation problem.
I think that may be a problem at the Tcase and not at the gears.
