Standard Rotation Drivers side drop DANA 44 with shackle reverse (front axle). What have yall done for serious driveline angle?

Umm... get a REAL driveline?
A standard single cardan driveline can run at as much as 40 degrees. Assumign the limiter isn't the yoke on your tcase, if thats the case swap the yoke out.

If you rotate the knuckles, couldn't you point the pinion at the xfer (like in the rear?)

What's limiting the "driveshaft" Is it resting on the skidplate? (Just notch the skidplate so it allows the driveshaft to travel downward further)

Is that long side tube sleeved? Looks like it, maybe from shortening? If so, the time to adress driveline angles would have been while it was apart, turn them knuckles.

Losing the shackle reversal would help the pinion to point in the right direction during droop. Probably not what you want to do but it would help:D
Are those Waggy springs? If so you might want to put the clamps back on because I've heard the main leaves are prone to bending w/o them
Oh yeah here's another one you probably don't want to do, high pinion would help:D

Same here, and I bought a high angle driveline. :D

Looks like the front mount on the SR is too high. Most SR kits drop the front mounting point of the spring several inches to eliminate the issue that you have. I say drop the front mounts off the frame 4" or so and then look at you pinion angle. Of course this will give you some more lift. Could be good, could be bad.

it would also help if you fixed your shackle angle....assuming that the weight of the vehicle is on the front springs, Looking at the shackle from the driver's side the shakle should be sitting somewhere in the area of the 4 o'clock to 5:30 postition. that should also raise the rear spring eye some helping your pinion angle. A buddy of mine had his set up like yours and ended up cracking the frame because all of the force of the suspension compression was put directly on the frame through the shackle.
mine were in the 6:00 position and the pinion pointed down, so I put some 6 degree wedges in and shorter shackles and now it points toward the tcase and my shackles are in the 4:30 position.
Hope this helps,
Justin
