Did they change anything on the atlas II from 1999 till now? I know back in 99 they did not have the 32 spline front output. Any other changes you guys know of?

The 32 spline front output isn't necessarily a change but rather an option. I believe you can add around $300 for that.

The shift fork has been reinforced and the oil level site tube is standard now. That is about all I know that has changed.
