(cliffnoted)
Buy harbour freight $50 bender
Fill tube with sand
Bend
Empty out sand
Be careful
This guy owns a website www.pnwcustoms.com and his info

Freiking Classic! Reminds me of the story about my Grandmother when she purchased a device "Guaranteed to Kill BedBugs". She received two 2x4's 6" long. And instructions of course.
Fawking scammers!!

I PM'd this guy on Ebay. I said something like:
"Are these plans something mechanical or is it the age old B.S. like how to pack sand into the pipe?"
I got a reply:
"Its an great idea that I came up with on how to pack sand into the pipe. Looks as if I am not the only one to come up with this.
Thanks,
Mike"
I think this guy just didn't realize that his idea is pretty much common knowledge.

The seller pulled the auction. I really think he didn't realize this was common knowledge.
edit...update
Well I sent this response back to him:
Thanks for the followup. Unfortunately this is common knowledge in fabrication circles. Just do a google search!!!
And now I received this response back:
I see, you are right. I have offered a refund to anyone who has bought one. I thought I had a new idea one day sitting in the shop messing with a harbor freight bender. Guess I should have done some research before I posted it.
Thanks,
Mike

I used paypal. He did end up giving me a refund. I think he knew all along what he was doing, it was just his excuse. Im fairly new into tube bending and even I knew this for years.

What really sucks is that I could read exactly what he meant right away! Must be the goggles...

Filling tube with sand is a technique...not "plans to build a bender". He knew what he was doing.

I personally like the solar powered cloth drier.
Then you get a 25ft long piece of string and a turnbuckle.
