Assuming the gear ratios are the same, will a locker that came out of a rear Dana 60 interchange with a 95 HP Dana 60 front? I think i read somewhere they.... Anyone know for sure ?

No, carriers are the same, but the front will be 35 spline side gears, and the rear will be 30 spline, besides that, if it is a "factory locker, aka trac-loc, it is actually a limited slip, and a real POS. You can get 35 spline side gears for almost any locker, or LS, but depending on what you are working with the price of the parts may exceed the value of the diff. Trac-loc 35 spline side gears and clutch rebuild kit costs somewhere in the neighborhood of $250, almost half the cost of a detroit.
